Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 6 months of relevant manufacturing or technical trades experience.
  • Experience using manual calipers for precise measurements.
  • Ability to stand 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds with/without assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Execute manufacturing work with emphasis on safety, quality and aircraft part criticality.
  • Set up, operate, edit and program various computerized machines per specs.
  • Test tooling, evaluate performance and suggest throughput improvements.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and verify calibration of tools and gauges.
  • Operate according to safety rules and standard procedures.
  • Cross-train across cell areas and support production needs.
  • Train teammates on standard work and machine operation.
  • Use daily computer access to view/view/download drawings and setup files.
