Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a procurement specialist to support strategic sourcing for circuit and connectivity solutions across its nationwide cell site network. You will manage RFPs, RFIs, and vendor negotiations, ensuring timely execution and cost savings.

The role requires on-site work five days a week, with a strong emphasis on contract management, vendor performance, and cross-functional collaboration with Transport Engineering. Eligible for comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years experience in technology sourcing, telecom procurement or related field.
• Experience with fiber, Ethernet, DIA, and satellite broadband adoption.

Responsibilities

• Execute competitive sourcing processes for cell site backhaul circuits (fiber, Ethernet, satellite).
• Draft, negotiate, and execute agreements (MSAs, service orders, amendments) with telecom vendors.
• Source for NSD program for new cell sites on a weekly cadence.
• Lead vendor bid analysis to drive cost savings and contract execution.
• Maintain procurement trackers and contract management systems for real-time visibility.
• Support vendor performance management through reviews and SLA/billing escalations.
• Collaborate with Transport Engineering as the internal customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
