Job summary

T-Mobile in Frisco, TX is seeking a Specialist to support strategic procurement of circuit and connectivity solutions for the nationwide cell site network. You will drive sourcing activities across a portfolio of telecom vendors, delivering fast, accurate contract execution and contributing to cost savings.

You will draft and negotiate agreements, manage multiple vendor engagements, and coordinate with Transport Engineering to meet program targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years in tech sourcing or telecom procurement.
• Experience with fiber, Ethernet, DIA, or satellite broadband.
• Ability to manage multiple vendor engagements in a high-volume procurement environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute competitive sourcing processes — RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs — for backhaul circuits.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute MSAs and service orders with telecom vendors.
• Support NSD program by sourcing backhaul connectivity for new cell sites weekly.
• Contribute to the cell site contract renewal program and drive cost savings.
• Maintain procurement trackers and contract management systems.
• Support vendor performance management through reviews and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Transport Engineering as the internal customer.
