RTX is hiring a Production Supervisor in McKinney, TX to lead operations on the factory floor, ensuring safety, quality, cost and schedule adherence in a lean manufacturing environment. You will supervise day-to-day activities, manage resources, and track performance metrics.

The role demands 2+ years in production or manufacturing, plus experience in planning/scheduling and team leadership; familiarity with SAP/iMRO/CMES is a plus. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

This position supports multiple Programs, production business needs and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment supporting the s Factory. The position requires strong interpersonal skills and performs a wide variety of sequencing, planning, scheduling, coordinating, and reporting tasks in support of the manufacturing workflow. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and applying Lean Manufacturing techniques to successfully meet production requirements.

This position is working 1st shift, on-site, at our McKinney, TX location.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for safety, quality, cost, and schedule execution on the factory floor.
• Supervise day-to-day factory operations, resource loading, process control, and business performance metrics.
• Interface with Production Associates, Production Control, Program Operations, Quality, Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, as well as Factory Management.
• Be responsible for workforce planning and forecasting, employee training, time and attendance tracking, area layout and flow management, and ensuring compliance of company policies and procedures.
• Requires engagement with other functional areas where direct and indirect influence experience is needed so that we have continuous improvement in cost, quality, and schedule performance.
• Willing to work off-shift and overtime as required by program and factory needs

• Experience with cost management and/or rework reduction efforts
• Experience in Visual Controls, Line Balancing, LEAN Factory management principles and optimizing the use of critical resources
• Experience with Manufacturing Engineering, process development and continuous improvement
