What You Will Do
  • Direct supervision and responsibility for 2 Cell Leads/Front Line Leaders.
  • Collaborate and communicate with upstream and downstream leadership.
  • Utilize knowledge of manufacturing principles, manufacturing support team roles and responsibilities and manufacturing systems in support of daily execution.
  • Execution and sustainment of product focused processes, tooling, equipment and test architecture.
  • Complete personnel performance input for all related functions and career development of team members including coaching and mentoring.
  • Perform a wide variety of improvements, efforts and initiatives related to the factory manufacturing system.
  • Assist with labor forecasts and Estimates at Compete (EACs) for the touch employees.
  • Execute priorities relating to safety, people, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Interact with support engineering, supply chain, and quality with respect to project schedules.
Qualifications You Must Have

Salary: The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
