We are looking for a new member of our 1st shift team within a fast‑paced rapid response and prototype machining environment. A successful candidate will carefully note the preferred skills listed below. This is not a traditional production shop‑our work is highly varied, technically challenging, and often supports next‑generation products for our customers.
New hires typically complete 2‑10 weeks of onboarding and training, with overtime opportunities available once training is complete and workload permits.
You will collaborate with experienced machinists, manufacturing engineers, quality teams, and leadership with deep expertise in precision machining. Expect continuous learning opportunities and exposure to new challenges that promote technical and professional growth.
