Job summary

RTX is seeking a cell leader for the Hot Section Module Center - North (HSMC-N) to lead a dynamic team on the 2nd shift, driving safety, quality, delivery and cost improvements in fabrication and assembly.

You will manage daily supervision, project coordination and cross-functional communication with a strong focus on lean practices and continuous improvement, reporting to the Business Unit Leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years in operations or shop environment
• Associate’s Degree with 7+ years relevant experience
• 9+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

• Provide directions to skilled bargaining unit employees.
• Lead employee engagement and continuous improvement efforts.
• Lead sustained improvements in safety, quality, production, and cost reduction.
• Perform daily supervisor responsibilities including project management and communication.
• Establish work schedules aligned to customer requirements and resources.
• Demonstrate leadership through team building and effective communications.
