Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical/pharmaceutical discipline, project management or business.
• Education or experience in immunology preferred.
• Knowledge of GLP, Stanford processes, regulations and procedures.
• Ability to produce Gantt Charts and other project management tools.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary research projects in an academic or industry setting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and operations for programs with significant challenges needing subject matter expertise.
• Evaluate programs, policies and procedures; identify issues and propose solutions.
• Review trends to advise and modify program goals.
• Represent the project within the department and to external constituencies.
• Develop outreach strategy including relationships, communications and compliance.
• Oversee budgets; monitor, analyze, forecast, and report finances.
• Assess training needs and develop training as needed.
• May direct and supervise staff.
