Job summary

CRISPR Therapeutics in Boston is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead and integrate cross-functional drug development activities across discovery, preclinical, CMC and clinical stages. You will drive strategy, timelines, risk management and stakeholder communications to ensure successful program delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in program management for biologics or cell/gene therapy, with a strong scientific background and proficiency in PM tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences with 3–4+ years of program management experience.
• Senior Manager: 10+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree; 8+ years with an advanced degree.
• Strong leadership and management skills with an integrated view of scientific and product development issues.

Responsibilities

• Drives program team(s) and collaborates with Program Leader to manage operational aspects, strategy, timelines and milestones.
• Ensures cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management to support program plans.
• Implements and tracks project plans, time and resources for delivery of objectives.
• Identifies program risks, mitigations and contingencies and supports action plans.
• Ensures effective communications with senior management and collaborators to align with corporate strategy.
