CRISPR Therapeutics seeks a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across discovery through early clinical development in the Boston area.

You will drive strategic plans, manage milestones, mitigate risks, and report progress to senior leaders, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory expectations in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in the life sciences with at least 3-4+ years of demonstrated program management experience overseeing cross-functional product development teams.
• Outstanding leadership and management skills with an integrated view of scientific and product development issues.
• Proficiency in project management applications (MS Project, Visio, ThinkCell) as well as MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drives program team(s) and collaborates with leaders to manage strategic plans and milestones.
• Ensures cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement across disciplines.
• Manages risk, contingency planning, and timely issue resolution for program delivery.
• Represents the program to Senior Management and aligns activities with corporate strategy.
