Skeleton Technologies seeks a Production Engineer Cell Assembly (m/f/x) to join our team in San Jose, CA or Dallas, TX. You will lead the new cell‑assembly line from order to ramp‑up, acting as the primary liaison to equipment manufacturers and coordinating FAT/SAT activities.

Ideal candidates have electrical engineering background and hands‑on robotics experience (KUKA preferred) with a track record of ramping up production equipment, including welding/laser processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience ramping up production equipment from handover to performance criteria.
• Hands-on robotics programming experience, preferably KUKA.
• Experience with welding, beading and crimping; Trumpf lasers a plus.
• Background in battery/energy storage or e-mobility manufacturing is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Specify a new cell assembly line and drive the project from equipment order to ramp‑up.
• Serve as the single contact for equipment manufacturers during execution.
• Escalate delays and risks to Scale‑up leadership; ensure specs are met.
• Own FAT and SAT processes, and manage post‑FAT/SAT actions.
• Travel 50%+ to supplier sites and Skeleton facilities internationally.
