S&ME, CEI Inspectors across North Carolina, including Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh, Wilmington, are essential to delivering safe and compliant infrastructure projects. The role blends hands-on field oversight with technical decision-making on medium to large projects.

Compensation is based on experience, with bonuses for relevant certifications, and you'll join an employee-owned, growth‑oriented firm that supports training and career development.

Formación

• English communication skills (oral and written)
• Solid math skills with weights, volumes, pressures, and units
• Flexibility to travel as needed
• Prior experience in highway construction or inspection
• Active NCDOT certifications such as QMS Roadway, Conventional Density, Concrete Field Technician, Erosion Control Level II, Nuclear Gauge

Responsabilidades

• Oversee construction activities to ensure plans, specs and safety standards are met
• Inspect erosion control and environmental compliance while performing sampling and testing
• Prepare daily inspection reports, document contractor performance, and process payments
• Conduct calculations and maintain material quantity records to meet project timelines
• Attend progress and safety meetings and coordinate with contractors, engineers and stakeholders
• Perform DBE/EEO compliance surveys to verify inclusivity and workforce standards
