Job summary

Staffmark Group in Plano, TX is seeking a CE Service Administrator for a fully on-site contract role within a global electronics and appliances setting. The position supports CE service networks, systems access, onboarding of technicians, and daily administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of corporate operations or administration experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree w/ equivalent years of work experience.
• 2+ years in a corporate setting with operations/coordination or admin experience.
• Excellent communication and highly organized; comfortable working with vendors and management.

Responsibilities

• Create all system access points for CE service network, including MFA and mapping requests.
• Maintain dispatch status and PUMIs for network.
• Issue and track contract terminations and system access closures.
• Process onboarding of new technicians, approvals, and uniform orders.
• Support admin team for amendments, payment verifications, and missing payments.
• Support SMDF review and processing.
• Assist on-site CE evaluation checklist in assessment portal.
• Coordinate with Assessment team to schedule assessments.
• Review assessment results and enter data into the management system.
• Summarize weekly assessment progress for management.
• Analyze audit results to present performance reviews to upper management.
• Collaborate with regional managers for improvement plans.
