Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a CDR Network Plan Performance Manager to drive root cause analysis of build plan misses, identify gaps, and lead improvement initiatives across the 13-week rolling horizon. You will embed in the end-to-end process, examining inputs to improve plan accuracy and execution reliability.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver with strong supply chain or planning experience, capable of translating findings into scalable process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field.
• 7+ years in supply chain, operations, program management, or technical project management.
• Experience with data analysis tools including Excel, Access, SQL.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning concepts (demand planning, capacity planning, material planning, SIOP/IBP).

Responsibilities

• Root Cause Analysis & Investigation: conduct structured RCAs on build plan misses, investigate inputs driving the 13-week horizon.
• Performance Measurement & Metrics: develop dashboards tracking plan adherence, assumption accuracy, and input reliability.
• Improvement Initiatives: own end-to-end improvement projects with cross-team partners and ROI tracking.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work across organizational boundaries and present findings to senior leadership.
