Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field.
• Experience with root cause analysis and error correction, identifying changes to procedures to implement long-term fixes.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Access, SQL or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Root Cause Analysis & Investigation: conduct structured RCAs on build plan misses, investigate inputs and document findings with clear causal chains.
• Performance Measurement & Metrics: develop and maintain metrics tracking build plan adherence and input reliability, build dashboards.
• Improvement Initiatives: own end-to-end improvements, partner with Build Plan, Landing Plan, Supply Chain and Engineering to implement changes.
