Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior CDR Network Planning Performance Manager to drive root cause analyses of build plan misses, identify systemic gaps in planning assumptions, and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives across the 13-week horizon.

You will be embedded in the end-to-end process to ensure we measure what matters and improve where it counts. The ideal candidate has data-driven problem-solving skills, deep supply chain or operational planning experience, and the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field.
• Experience in root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Access, SQL.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning concepts (demand, capacity, material, SIOP/IBP).
• 7+ years of supply chain, operations, program management, or technical project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Root Cause Analysis & Investigation: conduct RCAs on build plan misses; investigate inputs driving the 13-week horizon; document causal chains and corrective actions.
• Performance Measurement & Metrics: develop and maintain metrics; build dashboards to show trends, miss categories, and improvement trajectories.
• Improvement Initiatives: own end-to-end improvements; partner with teams to implement changes and track ROI.
