Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the CDP domain within the Customer Experience Platform (CXP) Martech team. This high-ownership IC role focuses on the Customer Data Platform as a shared global platform serving Peacock, SkyShowtime, and NOW.

You will intake CDP requirements from MarTech teams, prioritize the backlog, and collaborate with Engineering and Data Science. The role emphasizes a platform-first, globally scalable approach across products.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of product management experience, with CDP, data platform, or martech infra experience.
• Working knowledge of one or more enterprise CDPs (e.g., mParticle, Segment, Adobe CJA, Tealium) to translate business needs into platform requirements.
• Strong understanding of platform event schemas, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and data feed architecture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary intake point for CDP requests from MarTech teams across Peacock, SkyShowtime, and NOW; identify data quality opportunities.
• Translate needs into well-structured platform requirements with a global, multi-product scope.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog; balance urgency with platform impact and engineering capacity.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and roadmap status across partners.
