Job summary

Ulteig is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Construction Management with CDOT experience to lead Colorado construction projects. This role focuses on building client relationships, driving business development, and growing the Civil Department, while mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidate will manage scopes, schedules, costs, and team performance, collaborating with Technical Managers and Project Controls to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in civil engineering or relevant field preferred.
• Professional Engineering licensure preferred.
• CDOT and construction management experience required or 20+ years with no degree.
• Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic project management leadership for projects of varying size and complexity
• Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in proposal development
• Responsible for the overall management and execution of the projects' scopes, schedules, and costs
• Manage and lead a collaborative project team to ensure each project's needs are being met
• Develop, update, and manage the project execution plans

Education

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a relevant field

Professional Engineering licensure preferred

PM Certification preferred

Must be willing to travel
