Job summary

Ulteig is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Construction Management with a PE (or 20+ years' experience without a degree) and strong CDOT experience to lead construction efforts across Colorado. You will develop client relationships, drive business development, and contribute to our Civil Department's growth.

This role involves mentoring junior staff, coordinating with the civil construction management team, and delivering projects on time and within budget with a focus on quality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a relevant field preferred.
• Professional Engineering licensure preferred.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• 12+ years with PE license, CDOT, and construction management experience, or 20+ years without degree/PE/CDOT.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic project management leadership for projects of varying size and complexity.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in proposal development.
• Responsible for the overall management and execution of project scope, schedule, and cost.
• Lead a collaborative project team to meet project needs.
• Mentor and train project staff; coordinate meetings with clients and project team.
• Develop and update project execution plans and manage communications to stakeholders.
