Qualifications

  • Experience in a legal environment preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication, organizational, and project-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide and ensure continuous in-person reception and telephone coverage during business hours.
  • Oversee facilities and coordinate space and upkeep with vendors.
  • Coordinate clerkship applications and letters of recommendation via OSCAR and 12Twenty.
  • Plan and manage annual SPSFP and related career programs and events.
  • Draft and maintain CDO communications and signage.
  • Manage budget accounts, contracts, and monthly budget reports.
  • Support FERPA compliance and maintain confidential student records.
