  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat; able to learn cloud-based contract management and Workday.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain high professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the legal assistant for the General Counsel's office and office manager for the division (Compliance, Risk Management, and General Counsel).
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure timely processing of documents and correspondence.
