Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Admin, Finance, Accounting, Nursing, or related field.
• Five years of experience in billing, charge documentation, or revenue cycle duties.
• Strong knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/ICD coding and CDM processes; CPC/ CCS preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs CDM maintenance and charge capture monitoring.
• Audits the Charge Master for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborates with providers and departments to implement billing changes.
• Advises on coding, payor rules, and auditing findings.
• Prepares reports and presents recommendations to management.
