Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Consulting seeks a Certified Dietary Manager to lead the dietary department at The Waters of Muncie, a premier senior living community. You will oversee daily operations, supervise cooks, servers, and aides, and ensure high-quality meals and service for residents.

You will manage inventory, ordering, and records while developing menus and coordinating with the culinary team. CDM certification and healthcare leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification is required.
• Healthcare dietary management experience preferred in senior living or hospital settings.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals including special diets.
