About the Role

As a Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dietary department, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality meals and exceptional service in our healthcare facility. You will be the leader of a dynamic team of cooks, servers, and dietary aides, providing guidance and support to ensure that our food service standards are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing food inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and serve delicious and nutritious meals to our residents, including special diets and preferences
• Supervise and direct a team of dietary staff, providing guidance and training as needed
• Maintain accurate records of food inventory, supplies, and dietary services
• Develop and implement menus, including special occasion and holiday meals
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with our culinary team to provide exceptional food and service to our residents
