Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking a dependable Yard Driver to support trailer movement and yard operations at a fast-paced distribution facility in Fort Worth, TX. You will safely operate tractor-trailers, coordinate with dock and transportation teams, and ensure accurate trailer positioning and documentation.

The ideal candidate has a CDL, at least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience, and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 12 months experience operating a tractor-trailer.
• Ability to maneuver trailers safely in yard and dock areas.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to DOT rules.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailer and yard equipment per regulations.
• Coordinate trailer movement with dock, warehouse and transportation teams.
• Position trailers to designated doors, staging areas and parking locations.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate trailer records, locations, and load status.
• Complete pre/post shift inspections and ensure documentation compliance.
