IntelliSource is seeking a dependable Yard Driver to support trailer movement and yard operations at a fast-paced distribution facility in Worcester, MA. The role requires operating tractor-trailers safely, coordinating with dock and transportation teams, and maintaining DOT-compliant records.

Ideal candidates have experience with tractor-trailer equipment and a strong safety mindset; contract extends through December 31, 2026, with potential for extension based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience operating a tractor-trailer.
• Ability to work independently and maintain dependable attendance.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailer and yard equipment in accordance with requirements.
• Coordinate with dock, warehouse, and transportation teams to move trailers to dock doors and staging areas.
• Transport and position trailers accurately within timelines.
• Inspect trucks, tractors, and trailers to ensure safe operation and report defects.
• Maintain documentation and logs per Department of Transportation requirements.
