Job summary

Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking a CDL Truck Driver to safely operate rear load, front load, side load and roll-off trucks on designated routes, delivering reliable waste removal services to customers.

You will perform pre/post trip inspections, maintain truck appearance, provide courteous service, complete required paperwork, and participate in training to advance within the company's Career Pathways program.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid Class A or B CDL license.
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Ability to lift objects over 50 lbs frequently.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
Pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

Performs pre/post trip inspections of the assigned vehicle per safety standards and regulations.
Operates rear, front, side, and roll-off trucks safely on streets and worksites.
Provides courteous customer service and timely service.
Maintains a positive attitude toward the company and community goals.
Completes route paperwork accurately and on time.
Empties receptacles and cleans area around spills.
