Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck and provide prompt, courteous waste removal services. The role requires ensuring vehicle safety checks, adherence to all regulations, and daily completion of vehicle condition reports (VCRs) to minimize downtime.

The successful candidate will read route sheets, service customers on the route, and maintain safe, professional interactions with customers and dispatchers.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B license with air brakes endorsement.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections per policy.
• Safely operate the truck on assigned routes and service customers on schedule.
• Load refuse and operate the packer while disposing at designated facilities.
• Interact professionally with customers, dispatchers, and colleagues.
• Complete required route/productivity sheets and safety reports.
