GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a Residential Driver to safely and efficiently collect solid waste or recyclables on curbside and backdoor routes in Kansas City, MO. You will operate an automated side loading truck and perform daily inspections.

This role requires a valid CDL, a high school diploma or GED, and at least two years of driving experience or CDL school certification. You will work with minimal supervision while maintaining safety, compliance, and customer service.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.

Responsabilidades

• Operate automated side loading truck to collect waste on the specified route.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete reports and route sheets.
• Communicate vehicle mechanical problems to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain route quality and safety compliance as predetermined by management.
• Keep vehicle interior and exterior clean and well maintained.
• Work independently with minimal in-field supervision and support routing efficiencies.
