Job summary

Fibrebond, an Eaton company, is seeking an Experienced Warehouse Tech (CDL) in Minden, LA. The role supports warehouse and production operations by receiving, stocking, picking, and distributing materials, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

You will work about 54 hours weekly, 6 am–4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime every other Saturday. A valid Class A CDL, DOT medical certification, and at least 6 months of inventory or warehouse experience are required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical certification.
Minimum 6 months of Inventory Control/Warehouse experience.
Forklift experience.
Residence within 50 miles of Minden, LA facility.
Eaton will not sponsor immigration and related programs.

Responsibilities

Receive, stock, pick, and dispense materials to support warehouse and production.
Operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment safely.
Read and interpret work orders and related documentation.
Deliver materials to production, shipping, or offices as requested.
Maintain accurate inventory documentation and report shortages.
Assist training of new warehouse personnel.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
