Eaton’s Fibrebond team in Minden, LA is hiring an Experienced Warehouse Tech (CDL). The role requires operating a range of trucks and forklifts, following work orders, and maintaining material flow. You will support production and shipping while upholding safety and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse.

The position entails long shifts with overtime, a 6 am to 4:30 pm schedule, and occasional Saturday overtime. CDL and DOT medical certification are mandatory, with a 50-mile residency requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials.
• Receive and unload incoming shipments.
• Complete inventory documentation and report shortages to Warehouse Manager.
• Maintain accurate material flow between warehouse, production, and shipping areas.
• Assist with training of new warehouse personnel.
• Perform housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor.

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Experienced Warehouse Tech (CDL) to join our Fibrebond team in Minden, LA!

You will work an average of 54 hours per week (including overtime) from 6 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday.

There is overtime every other Saturday from 6 am - 2:30 pm.

The hourly rate for this position is $23.51 per hour.

What you’ll do:

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Possess and maintain a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and current DOT medical certification.
• Minimum of 6 months of Inventory Control/Warehouse experience
• Forklift Experience
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of the Minden, LA facility (50-mile radius) will be considered for this position. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation

• Ability to work safely in environments with dust, fumes, grease, oil, temperature variations, and moving equipment
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel‑toed shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written instructions
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of trade secrets and proprietary information
• Ability to back up a trailer to a loading dock
• Ability to use an RF Scanner
• Basic math, computer, and communication skills
