Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a professional Bellman/Driver to support guest services at the hotel in Houston. You will shuttle guests to the airport and local areas, assist with luggage, and help maintain a welcoming lobby presence.

The role requires a CDL with passenger endorsement and a current DOT Medical Card, with flexibility across shifts. A strong, service‑oriented demeanor is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL Class A or B with passenger endorsement.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to operate a vehicle safely in urban and airport areas.
• Strong guest service mindset and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive guests between airport, hotel, and local areas following traffic laws.
• Open and close vehicle doors for guests.
• Assist guests with luggage and deliver items to rooms as needed.
• Maintain lobby station and baggage room cleanliness and organization.
• Provide directions and local recommendations to guests.
• Answer guest calls and assist PBX/Front Desk as needed.
• Report issues or emergencies promptly to management.
