Responsibilities

• Drive guests between airport and hotel and the local area, obeying traffic laws.
• Open and close vehicle doors for guests.
• Check guest luggage for day and overnight visits.
• Assist guests with storing/retrieving luggage from their vehicle.
• Use bell carts to transfer luggage to and from rooms, vehicles, or loading areas.
• Maintain lobby station and baggage room neat and clean.
• Greet and assist guests, providing directions and local recommendations.
• Restock front desk supplies and assist PBX/Guest Calls as needed.
