Job summary

Cherry Valley Hotel is seeking a Guest Service Driver (Floater) to welcome guests, assist with transportation needs, and keep the hotel van clean and ready. You will greet guests with a smile, help them get oriented, and drive them safely to destinations in the Houston area.

The role requires strong English communication, a clean driving record, and the ability to handle long shifts with physical tasks. A chauffer’s license is helpful but not required; previous hotel or customer-service

Qualifications

• One year of prior hotel or related experience preferred.
• Chauffeur’s license is helpful but not required; however, you must possess an excellent driving record, verified by MVAs.
• The ability to communicate effectively in English is essential.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and working in variable temperatures and noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Be the smile that greets the guest and offer a warm welcome, assistance, and directions.
• Be a local source of transportation, driving guests safely to destinations and keeping the van clean and fueled.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues to management and follow safety procedures at all times.
