Job summary

WM is hiring CDL drivers in Arizona for heavy-duty waste collection and curbside services. The role includes operating trucks with lift attachments, performing pickups, and ensuring safe, compliant routes in urban and residential areas.

Qualifications

• 1+ year operating a CDL vehicle or 1 year military driving in the last 7 years.
• CDL Class A with air-brake endorsement or CDL Class B with air-brake endorsement.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write and speak English well enough to interact with the public and complete records.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles per Safety rules and DOT requirements.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and document checks.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Attend trainings and coordinate with Dispatch to improve routes.
