Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year operating a CDL vehicle or 1 year military driving in the last 7 years.
• At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to read, write and speak English well enough to interact with the public and complete records.
• Successfully complete pre-employment screening including drug screen and physical.
• CDL Class A with air-brake endorsement or CDL Class B with air-brake endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicle per Safety and DOT requirements and local laws.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents checks.
• Notifies supervisor of incidents or service interruptions.
• Backs up and maneuvers in tight spaces and drives on varied roadways.
• Completes end-of-day documentation and supports other drivers as needed.
