Job summary

WM (Waste Management) in Mesa, AZ is seeking CDL-licensed drivers to operate heavy-duty trucks on residential, commercial, and roll-off routes. You will transport waste or recyclables to disposal, transfer, or recycling facilities and perform safe, timely pickups.

Expect a starting pay of $25.50 per hour with a DOE adjustment, plus a boot allowance of $175 and a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental & Vision and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with air-brake endorsement required.
• Must have at least 1 year of CDL driving in the last 7 years.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty trucks following WM safety and DOT rules.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document findings.
• Dump containers completely and ensure the site is clean after service.
