Job summary

The Bay Family of Companies is seeking a CDL A driver in Memphis to deliver insulation materials, load and unload at sites, and support warehouse operations. You will operate tractors under DOT regulations, utilize safety cameras, and maintain daily logs while ensuring on-time deliveries.

You will perform pre-/post-trip DVIR inspections, assist with loading, and communicate with the Plant Manager to resolve issues, all while upholding a customer‑first approach in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A license with 53’ trailer experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform in a production environment.
• Strong safety, accuracy, and compliance with DOT/HOS rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailers delivering insulation materials per schedule.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip DVIR inspections.
• Complete DOT logs via ELD and maintain FMCSA compliance.
• Load and unload insulation rolls at job sites.
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager on site issues.
