Job summary

Bay Insulation Systems is seeking a CDL Driver to deliver insulation products to customers and operate tractors & trailers. You will also assist in warehouse tasks and support loading operations with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

The role requires a Class A CDL, 2+ years of verifiable driving experience, forklift certification or ability to obtain, and strict adherence to DOT regulations and safety guidelines. Join a team focused on reliable customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving in the last 5 years.
• Class A CDL and ability to obtain DOT Medical Certificate.
• Valid license with acceptable driving record per insurer requirements.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain after hire.
• Experience with fiberglass insulation or related materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailers to deliver insulation materials per schedule and DOT rules.
• Load and unload insulation rolls at job sites with care for material integrity.
• Complete DOT logs via ELD and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain safe vehicle operation and use safety cameras and systems.
• Communicate with Plant Manager and customers to resolve issues.
• Assist warehouse and shipping tasks to support on‑time orders.
