Job summary

Fleet Equipment, LLC in Memphis is seeking a CDL Driver to operate company trucks safely and efficiently, transporting trailers between customer locations and Fleet facilities, and ensuring compliance with DOT regulations.

You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate records with the ELD system, and help keep vehicles clean and ready for service while following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license is required.
• Clean driving record to meet insurance requirements.
• Experience operating heavy-duty trucks and hauling trailers.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and ELD systems.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company trucks in compliance with regulations.
• Pick up and deliver trailers to/from customer locations for repair work.
• Shuttle trailers in the Memphis area as needed.
• Move trailers in/out of shop when not on routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on truck and trailer.
• Use ELD system to maintain accurate records.
• Refuel and clean assigned vehicles; ensure readiness.
