Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong organization and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate backhoe, loader, forklift, compactor, and cardboard/plastic bailer.
• Load, haul, dump, and replace containers at landfills and sites.
• Sort solid waste and identify material types (Class II/III).
• Maintain and repair equipment; weld and fabricate dumpsters as needed.
• Assist the public at disposal sites and ensure clean, safe areas.
• Maintain daily logs and meet supervisor on schedule changes.
