Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Driver - CDL (B) based in Belgrade, MT to safely operate a collection truck and provide courteous waste removal services to customers. You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, adhere to safety standards, and complete daily reports to ensure vehicle readiness.

The role requires a Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement and entails on-time service, proper reporting, and adherence to company policies. Competitive benefits and PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s license with air brakes endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle to ensure safety and proper operation.
• Safely operate the heavy truck along the designated route and service each customer as identified.
• Operate controls to lift and load refuse, and dispose of material at the designated facility.
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers and others to ensure timely service.
• Identify unsatisfactory waste containers and tag containers according to procedures.
• Monitor waste for unacceptable material and maintain vehicle readiness.
• Clean area around spills and comply with safety standards.
• Complete required route productivity sheets and vehicle condition reports (VCRs).
• Maintain adherence to productivity standards and safety policies.
• Follow ReSOP program and perform other duties as assigned.
