NEW Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a safety‑minded CDL driver to move grain and related products in the Red Oak, IA area. You will follow DOT/OSHA safety programs, keep accurate logs, and perform daily inspections while maintaining a professional standard of service.

Class A CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsements is required, along with a high school diploma or GED. The role supports operations during peak season with extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and insurable to drive.
• Must have or the ability to obtain a Class A CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsement.
• Must pass a DOT physical every 2 years at a minimum as required by law.
• High school diploma or GED with 1-3 months of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsabilités

• Drives trucks to move grain with hopper and other products with a variety of trailer types to designated locations.
• Comply with all DOT, OSHA, and NEW Cooperative safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Perform and document daily truck/trailer inspections.
• Performs or schedules repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
• Assist in other areas of the location as needed.
• Works extended hours as requested by supervisor to ensure good customer service in busy season.
