Job summary

Universal Waste Systems, Inc. in Deming, NM is hiring a Trash Truck Driver (Rear/Side/Front Load or Roll Off) for full-time local routes. You will haul waste safely, provide courteous customer service, and perform pre/post trip inspections.

Qualifications

• One year of refuse truck driving experience required.
• Current and valid CDL and DOT medical card.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate trash/recycling/compost collection vehicles and service bins.
• Perform daily pre and post-trip inspections.
• Follow route using in-cab computer and communicate with dispatch.
• Adhere to safety, hazardous waste handling, and regulatory requirements.
• Report accidents or maintenance promptly.
