Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead CDL drivers and coordinate daily transportation within our warehouse operations. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, safety, and process efficiency, with approximately 75% driving and 25% warehouse work.

You will supervise 1–3 direct reports, ensure DOT compliance, manage routes, and support onboarding. Working hours are M-F, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid CDL license and ability to pass medical/DOT checks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
• Professional English reading, writing and speaking required.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CDL drivers and oversee daily transportation activities (1–3 direct reports).
• Drive a company vehicle as required with CDL.
• Ensure DOT and safety regulatory compliance.
• Monitor driver schedules, routes, and performance.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
