Job summary

Roadmaster Drivers School in Omaha, Nebraska seeks an Administrative and Training Coordinator to oversee instructional staff, approve timesheets, assist with interviewing and onboarding, and help implement daily training schedules on the pad and on the road. This role blends people management with hands-on training support.

You will ensure accurate data entry into Salesforce and company databases, supervise records, maintain equipment and DVIRs, and monitor SAP progress.

Qualifications

Minimum High School diploma or GED with 3+ years over-the-road driving experience.
Current Class A CDL with valid U.S. DOT physical and drug screen.
Ability to obtain instructor's license from state agencies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing training staff.

Responsibilities

Direct onsite management of instructional personnel including timesheets and interviewing.
Assist Regional Training Manager with daily student assignments and curriculum implementation.
Ensure accurate data entries in company databases and Salesforce.
Monitor training records and SAP progress forms with timely counseling where needed.
Oversee pre-trip inspections and road training safety practices.
Maintain equipment appearance, DVIRs, and training records daily.
