Job summary

Roadmaster Drivers School is seeking an experienced Operations Trainer to oversee instructional staff and coordinate the training pad and road sessions. You will help schedule lessons, monitor instructors, and ensure accurate reporting of student progress and safety checks.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, reliable over-the-road experience, and strong communication skills. Expect a mix of classroom administration and extensive on‑pad/road supervision with daily safety and record-keeping

Qualifications

Must hold a Class A CDL with a valid U.S. DOT medical card.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Ability to obtain an instructor’s license from state agencies as applicable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

Direct onsite management of instructional personnel including timesheet approval and interviewing/hiring assistance.
Assist Regional Training Manager with scheduling, curriculum, and student assignments to maintain ratios.
Complete documentation and attendance records in absence of the Regional Training Manager.
Ensure timely data entry and maintenance of equipment and training records in company systems.
