Job summary

Roadmaster Drivers School is seeking a detail-oriented Training Coordinator to supervise instructional staff and manage daily administrative tasks on-site in Jackson, MS. The role includes approving timesheets, coordinating instructor schedules, maintaining training records, and ensuring compliance with safety and SAP policies.

Qualifications

• Current Class A CDL with valid U.S. DOT Physical.
• Minimum three (3) years verifiable over-the-road driving experience.
• Ability to obtain instructor's license from state agencies as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Direct onsite management of instructional personnel, including timesheet approval and interviewing/hiring as applicable.
• Assist Regional Training Manager with daily student assignments, scheduling, and curriculum.
• Complete required attendance records and SAP documentation.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle records, inspections, and DVIRs.
