Roadmaster Drivers School, a subdivision of Werner Enterprises, is hiring CDL Class A drivers to become instructors and mentor the next generation of drivers. The role centers on safe vehicle operation, daily instruction, and maintaining training records.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license with limited violations in 12/24 months.
• Minimum 3 years over-the-road or local driving experience, or licensure path to instructor.
• Must pass DOT physical and DOT drug tests and comply with testing.
• Ability to communicate effectively and deliver training.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate driving operations for students regularly.
• Oversee safe use of equipment and enforce policies.
• Supervise trainees and maintain attendance and training records.
• Provide in-person daily instruction in Pre-Trip Inspection, Basic Control Skills and Road Driving.
