Republic Services in Wisconsin is hiring a Driver Trainee for a paid CDL-B training program in Boscobel, WI. The role trains you to obtain a CDL and transition into a Driver position across residential, commercial, industrial, or roll-off lines.

Upon completion of CDL training and the required twelve months of employment post-licensure, you will perform driver duties along assigned routes and adhere to safety policies, with opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• No prohibitions to acquiring a commercial drivers’ license.

Responsibilities

• Complete CDL training program including classroom study and on-route training.
• Learn to perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections.
• Drive to assigned routes and service customers as directed.
• Operate heavy or commercial vehicle safely and in line with safety policies.
• After CDL, assume driver duties in one of Republic Services lines of business.
